Portugal & Spain Free shipping on orders over €50. Below that, a flat rate of €8. Allow 2 to 5 working days.

European Union Free shipping on orders over €55. Below that, a flat rate of €15. Allow 5 to 10 working days.

Norway, Switzerland & United Kingdom Free shipping on orders over €150. Below that, a flat rate of €18. Duties and import taxes are collected at checkout — shown as a line item so there are no surprises on delivery. Allow 7 to 14 working days.

International United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada and beyond. Flat rate of €25. No free shipping threshold on international orders, for now. Allow 10 to 21 working days depending on where you are.

Processing Allow 2 to 4 working days before your order moves. We're not a warehouse. Every order leaves Porto with a bit of attention paid to it.

Tracking You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships. Give it 24 hours to show any movement.
